Cooperation with people from M.C.TRITON helped me to direct CZ LOKO to the position of European market leader for the production of universal and shunting locomotives. REFRESH BUSINESS STRATEGY
When I was running a tender for a consultant to refresh our exit strategy in 2009, the financial crisis had just started and we needed to return to the ground and go into change after a long period of optimistic development. NEW PERSONNEL TOOLS AND PROCESSES AT THE PŘÍBRAM CITY ADMINISTRATION
In 2018, M.C.TRITON consultants introduced an adaptation system, a competence model and a new evaluation system at our office. I must admit that the result exceeded my expectations, because the consultants did most of the work at our office in the form of workshops and individual sessions with me and my colleagues. All new tools thus fully met our needs and possibilities; these were no pre-made solutions. For this reason, we were additionally engaged in the implementation throughout the project, which resulted in us quickly mastering the new tools. These newly introduced tools have proved their value to us at the office and we have already tested them in pilots and will continue to work with and develop them.

IMPROVING THE FUNCTIONING OF THE CITY OFFICE
Thanks to the cooperation with M.C.TRITON, we have revealed where we are in need of improvement at the office in the areas of management, strategy, vision, development and management of people, communication, agendas and processes, and together we have succeeded in designing specific and practical procedures and measures for how to meaningfully develop and manage the functioning of the municipal office. I appreciate that it was not desk work, but mutual cooperation, both with the management of the office and self-government, as well as with the employees of the office and the citizens of the city. Digitalizace procesu plánování výroby
Revision and digitalization of production process plans, in operations with different product portfolios. Motivating people to change and further work. Being open to different approaches and perspectives while maintaining a “motivated team” atmosphere and learning something. All this was the aim of the project Digitalization and Standardization of Production Planning Processes.
After a series of workshops and individual sessions, M.C.TRITON consultants recommended a so- called “tailor-made” solution and then participated in its implementation. Thanks to their excellent combination of professionalism, personal approach and practical experience, the selection of the software and implementation of the chosen solution was successful and almost “painless”.
The digitalization of the production planning process allows our company to have a more robust basis for growth and development within the Wienerberger Group.
