18. 4. 1990

Company Formation

In the beginning there were three friends –Miloslava Umlaufová, Luděk Pfeifer and Pavel Vosoba. They met at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Czech Technical University in Prague. They were a great team and decided to take advantage of the demand for corporate strategies – which was caused by change of the regime in 1989 – and they started their own business. M.C.TRITON was founded.

1990 – 1995

Establishment on the Market

During the first five years, M.C.TRITON started gaining ground on the Czech market. The company established a basic service profile and identified its own brand.

Our main services were: Setting up financial management, financial controlling, strategy, change of corporate culture, and development programs.

1995 – 2005

Growth of Service Portfolio and Expansion Abroad

The following step was to get clients from many different fields from services to manufacturing and healthcare and the public sector. The growth also included expansion abroad, first to Slovakia, then to Bulgaria and Austria.

The company started its first projects using interim management, built branch networks of banks including franchises which were unique in the Czech Republic at that time. The first projects on effective quality management of municipal authorities or hospital were being launched.

In 2002, Radoslav Tesař joined the partnership of the company.

2005 - 2010

Transformation

The financial crisis triggered a catharsis of consulting services, which led the company to reduce many foreign affiliates and staff, and to completely adjust its service portfolio. Teams for the field of operational excellence and production management were strengthened.

After the first two years of a tough restructuring struggle, we managed to maintain our leading position on the market. This was achieved through an even greater focus on the combination of managerial and technical consulting and emphasis on measurability and clear demonstration of results.

2010 - 2020

The New M.C.TRITON

Od roku 2010 se firma zaměřila na silné klienty s ambicemi velkých strategických změn, na veřejný sektor a projekty na pomezí komerčního a veřejného sektoru. Ke konci dekády rozšířila své portfolio služeb o dlouhodobé řízení firem a služby spojené s investováním do firem, resp. nákupem a prodejem firmy.

Od roku 2020

Podnikatelská skupina

Období plné změn na přelomu druhé a třetí dekády 21. století – digitalizace, vlastnické generační výměny, sektorové revoluce i covid krize – nám nabídlo i typově zcela jiné podnikatelské příležitosti. Reagovali jsme vizí podnikatelské skupiny – skupiny firem vlastních i společných s našimi partnery i klienty, skupiny založené na synergiích a vysoké kvalitě řízení, skupiny jako prostředí pro osobnosti s podnikatelským myšlením spojené hodnotami M.C.TRITON. Na principech této vize zakládáme investiční fond T.Funds a posilujeme strategické aliance.
